Follow the steps:
• User requires to launch the URL http://tahelpdesk.azurewebsites.net/LoginPage.aspx
• User shall be directed to the “Grievance System” login page.
• Here User requires to enter User Name & Password and click on “Login” option. User shall then be directed to the Home Page of the Grievance System and displayed a welcome message.
• The purpose of Home Page is to provide User profile and a summary of the complaints raised by grievance user.
• This includes user name, last logged-in date, number of open/closed/pending complaints and total feedback received on the complaints.
• The User Profile Page, upon entering the mobile number displays summary information of the customer viz. Customer Name, Mobile Number, Email Id, Wallet Balance etc.
• Clicking on the “Transaction Details” link displays the page wise details of transactions that the customer has made.
• There is a filter to view transaction details within a specific date.
• The Complaint Register, upon providing the mobile number gives page wise list of all transactions except Successful ones.
• In case Grievance handling system wants to log a complaint against a transaction id, User can do so by copy/pasting the Order ID of the transaction along with the Description provide by the customer and clicking on “Log Complaint” option.
• The Grievance handling system cannot log more than one complaint against the same Order Id.
• User can enter a specific mobile number or complaint number and click on “Search” option.
• User shall be displayed the list of all open complaints as per the filter used. The helpdesk user requires to update the status of the complaint by scrolling to the right and updating the “Complaint Status” (from the dropdown list) , entering the remarks in “Final Submission” and clicking on “Update” option.
• In case Greivance user wishes to close the complaint, User shall select the “Complaint Status” as closed (from the dropdown list) and after entering remarks in the “Final Submission”, User should click on “Update” option.
• This removes the specific complaint from “Open Complaints” page and displays it in the “Closed Complaints” page.
• This page displays all closed complaints. A filter can be set to show closed complaints specific to a mobile number or Complaint Number. No data is editable in this page.
• This page enables the user to change User password.
• User requires to enter the “Current Password” and “New Password”. The new password should have a minimum length of eight characters with atleast one symbol & one numeric.
• User should re-enter the new password.
• Upon clicking on “Save” option, the new password shall be saved and the user shall be redirected to login page.
• This page enables the Grievance user to view the feedback provide by the customer either from the web or from customer mobile.
• Any customer feedback which has a rating of less than 3 stars shall be automatically opened as a complaint.
• Clicking on Logout page enables the user to come out of the application back to the “Grievance System” dashboard page. User can choose to re-enter in the application or close it.
