  • How does my wallet get loaded?

    To add money to your Wallet

    • Login then Click on  on top left and then click on "Load Money".

    • Choose the mode of transfer (debit/card/credit card or net banking).

    • Enter the required card/net banking details.

    amount will reflect in your Wallet in no time.

  • What is the minimum & maximum amount that I can get credit to my wallet?

    For Non-KYC customers: Minimum transaction amount is Rs.10 and & Maximum amount is Rs. 20000 per month. To increase the transaction amount to Rs.100000 per month you requires to a full KYC (Upgrade Wallet)

  • I am unable to load money into my account using my debit card/credit card/net banking account. What do I do?

    The possible reasons for this could be:

    • The issuer bank’s network was down.

    • Your internet connectivity got disrupted.

    • Your bank account did not have sufficient balance.

    • Your bank account was not activated for online payments.

    We suggest you to try loading money into your account again after a short interval. If you continue to face an issue, write to us at twallet-support@telangana.gov.in.

  • I was redirected to a page! What is a payment gateway?

    It's completely safe. Payment gateway is an online payment service for e-commerce portals to provide you the internet payment options.

  • My money has been debited from bank account, but I can’t see it in my account.

    There can be a few reasons to explain such a case:

    • One reason could be failed internet connection at the time you tried to make the payment.

    • Another reason could be that the payment gateway is unable to get any response from your bank during a transaction.

    • Insufficient funds in your bank account can also cause payment failure.

    • Do check whether or not your online banking is activated because that can also disrupt a payment process.

    If you're still not sure of the reason, you can easily file a ticket at twallet-support@telangana.gov.in with your transaction details and be assured that your issue will be resolved promptly.

  • Bus Tickets

  • Cancellation Policy in Bus tickets?

    To check the cancellation policy,

    • Click on bus ticket and on my trips section (Blue bus).

    • click on your order (Booked ticket),

    • click on Cancel ticket link.

    we will cancel your ticket successfully with applicable charges on cancellation policy

  • Transaction Related Information

  • How do I check the current status of my orders?

    • You can review the status of your orders and other related information in the 'Mini Statement' section. Click on  then click on Mini Statement.

    • In the Mini Statement page, to view the details of a specific order, click on the order you placed.

  • What if my transaction fails?

    In case the transfer fails, full amount will be refunded back to your wallet within 3 working Days.

  • What if my transaction goes to pending state?

    In case your transaction is pending, be assured that your money is safe with us. Your pending transfer will be listed in the ''pending'' queue. Once the transfer is completed, we will let you know via an SMS.

  • Favourites

  • What is Favourites?

    • You can set a transaction as your favourite transaction! This allows you to carry out the most frequently used transactions with a single click.

    • After Every successful Transaction we are providing an option to set as Favourite.

  • How can I use Favourites?

    Click on Favourites section in Home page.

    Repeat your transaction with the amount as you wish. It can be same as previous amount by default or you can change it.

  • TPIN Functionality

  • What is TPIN?

    • TPIN (Transaction personal identification number) is a 4 digit secret code can be used as additional security layer for your wallet. You would have set your TPIN when you created your account. This TPIN is used to authenticate all financial transactions (above 2000/-) you made.

    Note: Please keep this TPIN a secret and do not share it with anyone.

  • How do I set the TPIN for my wallet?

    If you don't have a TPIN registered while creating your account, you can set it by clicking on top left corner -> Profile-> Create TPIN -> enter your 4 digit TPIN and choose security Question for the selected account.

  • How do I change my TPIN?

    It’s easy! Go to on top left corner--> Profile. Select "TPIN: Change TPIN". Then enter your old TPIN and create a new one by giving the security Question and answer selected while creating TPIN.

  • I have forgotten my TPIN, help!

    Don't worry! In case you forget your TPIN, you can reset it.

    Go to on top left corner. Select "TPIN: Forgot TPIN?" Enter your Security Question and answer opted before while creating TPIN.

    Enter the new TPIN and you are good to go.

  • My TPIN is not working? What do I do?

    Please re-try the entry since there might be connectivity issues. If not, then go ahead and change your TPIN by going to Main Menu--> Profile. Select " TPIN: Change".

    If you are still not successful, please contact customer support.

  • What happens if I enter wrong TPIN during a transaction?

    No problem, the app will prompt you to re-enter the correct TPIN. The maximum number of tries allowed.

  • How do I Upgrade my Wallet?

    Registration Wallet Limits
    Registration using Mobile number only
    1. 1) Wallet Balance cannot exceed Rs 20,000/- at any time.
    2. 2) Load Money Maximum of Rs 2,000/- Per Month.
    3. 3) Maximum Fund Transfer of Rs 2,000/- Per Month.
    Upgrade Wallet using Aadhaar and OTP to Mobile registered with Aadhaar
    (Available in Mobile App and Web Application)
    1. 1) Wallet Balance cannot exceed Rs 20,000/- at any time.
    2. 2) Load Money Maximum of Rs 20,000/- Per Month.
    3. 3) Maximum Fund Transfer of Rs 5,000/- Per day.
    4. 4) Maximum Fund Transfer of Rs 20,000/- Per Month.
    Upgrade Wallet at Meeseva Center using Aadhaar + Biometric
    (or) Aadhaar and OTP to Mobile registered with Aadhaar
    1. 1) Wallet Balance cannot exceed Rs 1,00,000/- at any time.
    2. 2) Maximum Fund Transfer of Rs 10,000/- Per day.
    3. 3) Maximum Fund Transfer of Rs 20,000/- Per Month.

  • Privacy & Settings

  • How can I make my T Wallet account more secure?

    • Your password should be complex and difficult for others to guess. Use letters, numbers and special characters [such as !, @, #, $, %, ^, &, *, (, )] in your passwords.

    • Don't use passwords that are obvious, like your name/nickname, names of your family members, your address, phone number, or any other information that a thief might find in your purse or wallet.

    • Do not use the same password as the one which you use to log in to your computer or access your e-mail.

    • If your log-in IDs or passwords appear automatically on the sign-in page of a secure web site, you should disable the auto-complete function to increase the security of your information.

    • Create and maintain different passwords for log-ins and transactions. This provides additional security for financial transactions.

  • How safe is T Wallet?

    • T Wallet has a login password which prevents unauthorized access.

    • Create TPIN. So that, every transaction for Rs. 2000/- and above in T Wallet requires you to enter your TPIN which is known only to you. Do not share this TPIN with anyone.

    • All transactions initiated over T Wallet are carried out over secure bank networks.

    • All communications between T Wallet and Payment gateways are over encrypted channels.

    • We are an RBI regulated entity. Therefore, your money is safe with us.

  • What are the limits, rules and restrictions that govern the T Wallet?

    As per RBI guidelines

    • For Non-KYC customers, total monthly wallet top-ups should not exceed Rs. 20,000/- and also at any time the wallet balance cannot exceed Rs. 20,000/-

    • For KYC customers, at any time wallet can have maximum of Rs. 1,00,000/-

  • How do I reset my Password?

    To change your Password, click on on top left corner, click on profile and click on “Edit Password” to update your Password.

  • What if I forgot my password?

    To set a new password,

    • Enter your mobile number then click on "Forgot Password" in the Login Page.

    • Enter your mobile number, a One Time Password will be sent to your registered mobile number.

    • Enter Verification code.

    you can recover your password.

  • Is Email Verification Necessary?

    No

  • I want to change the registered email id! Is it possible?

    Absolutely

    • Click on  ,on the top left corner then Click on Profile Section and then edit profile in the next screen.

    • Edit your email-id, a One Time verification code will be sent to your new email-id.

    • If you didn’t get verification in no time, then click on Resend OTP button.

    • Enter code to verify and to update..
